Shipping & Delivery Policies

MACS aims to deliver its promises to its customers and ensures to ship their chosen products in a quick & safe manner with good quality packaging.  As we cover long distances to serve you, we want you to make the most of your shopping experience each time at MACS. 

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed & trusted couriers only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Indian Speed Post.

While choosing for shipping options, the key points for your facilitation are as follows:

Shipping Information - India 

  • Shipping within India is Free for orders above Rs.500
  • It usually takes 2-3 business days (processing time) to ship out your order. Shipping time may vary for each order because each product is unique and different. If it is a made-to-order product or a bulk order, the delivery time may differ and take even longer. It will be mentioned in product description or we will keep you informed via email or SMS. 
  • MADE TO ORDER : Pre Orders placed for sold out products or custom made designs (Made on Order) will take 35-45 Business working days of additional manufacturing time. The delivery can be done only after the product is manufactured and is ready to be dispatched. 
  • Orders may take 3-7 working days to reach you or longer depending on your location.
  • Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. The products will be shipped according to the product availability and its warehouse location. We are currently shipping from Jaipur and Kerala. 
  • Any issue regarding delivered shipment should be reported within 1 hour of receiving the parcel. Parcel opening video is a must if you are claiming any problem in the package like damage or missing item. Without parcel opening video we will not take any action (Start to end non edited video)
  • We do not have next day urgent deliveries as we are not based in metro city
  • In order to maintain contact-less delivery & ensuring safety of you and our team, we are only accepting payments through our secured payment gateway through all major cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay, Amex, etc), all major UPI & NetBanking.
  • Once order is shipped, we will update tracking details via email  If your order is getting delayed due to any reasons or any unforeseen circumstances, please know that it is not in our control. 
  • The orders can only be cancelled up to 6 hours of placing the order from our website as we generally prepare the shipment for dispatch within the same day. Cancellation of orders will not be possible on discounted products or during SALE period.   • Processing of refund after cancellation usually takes 5-15 business days. Payment gateway charges will not be refunded.

Important Note:

  1. When shipped via Private couriers like FedEx, some States charge Entry Tax/ Local Body Tax/ Octroi/ Municipal Corporation Tax and In these cases customers are liable  pay these type of taxes to the courier or local Tax Authorities at the time of delivery or as communicated by the courier company. Octroi or entry tax if any will not be borne by MACS.
  2. Orders shipped via Indian Speed Post will be delivered at Your Doorstep; however no calls will be made by the postman if no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.   In such cases, usually a notice is left at door by postman for the customer to come to the post office and pick it up. It will be kept at the post office for few days.After repeated attempts, India Post will resend those parcels back to the address of origin. Such orders will be refunded once the parcel is received at our end. New order has to be placed if you want the product again. Thus, make sure you provide us shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.
  3. Cases of non availability/ non response of  customer: Courier delivery agent will make every effort to deliver it to you. Please be available at your address to collect the parcel. After 2 or 3 failed attempts, parcel will be shipped back to our warehouse. Such orders will get refund after deducting shipping charge we have paid the carrier i.e. Rs.120 & return courier charge Rs.80 i.e refund amount = total bill amount minus Rs.200. If customer needs reship, it can be provided by paying extra shipping charges 120 + return fee of earlier parcel 80
  4. Wrong address/ phone number: Any cases of wrong address or phone provided by customers on website while placing order will be chargeable if  the item is already shipped out (notify any changes before its shipped to avoid charges). If fedex finds out that the address or phone number is wrong, they get in touch with us most of the time(except rare cases where parcel is returned without any notice). We can get the changes made by them if they inform us. Please note that fedex charges us Rs.80 per shipment for any changes you request for. So please be careful when you enter the details when placing orders.
  5. Complaints of Non-Delivery of Parcels: We take all efforts to ship parcel immediately but we have no control after it is handed over to couriers. So, it might rarely occur that you have a complaint about a delivery. Upon receiving your complaint, MACS shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if MACS is convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will take immediate action by performing a search to locate your package using the shipment tracking number . A complaint will be registered with shipping partner on your behalf. If tracking status on shipping carrier website shows that the package is delivered, case will be closed. We can provide you proof of shipment receipt, parcel picture and tracking status proof.  No refund for such cases. It is your responsibility then to check with family members or security to find out who has signed and accepted on your behalf. We can refund only if the parcel comes back to us due to non-delivery.
