Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Once an order is placed it is considered as a final sale and no cancellations are accepted.

    AS A COMPANY POLICY, WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN/ EXCHANGE ON ANY PRODUCT ONCE SOLD. WE OFFER REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES ONLY IF ANY DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED DURING THE TRANSIT. 

    However, We understand that size issues can happen sometimes, and we’re happy to facilitate exchanges if the desired size is available. We urge you to refer size chart carefully before placing order. Also we are always ready to assist with any re-polishing needs you may have.

    Any issue regarding delivered shipment should be reported within 1 hour of receiving the parcel. Parcel opening video is a must if you are claiming any problem in the package like damage or missing item. Without parcel opening video we will not take any action (Start to end non edited video)

     WE WILL NOT PROCESS RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS FOR THE FOLLOWING: 

    All sales are final. We have taken extra time and efforts to mention size details of each product so that customers can check and order accordingly. We strictly do not entertain the following reasons.  

    • Customers simply change their mind after buying the goods.

    • Reasons like product is big, heavy or long.  We take all efforts to give clear pictures and mention product details like size details and color of every product. It is the duty of client to read the product description clearly before placing orders or email us to clear doubts before purchase. 

    • Minor design variations/colour changes : All our items are completely handcrafted, thus there be a minor variations in each piece. These are beyond the control of our hands. They are the result of the human involvement in the process. These handcrafted products are all one of a kind, just like you and me. 

    • Custom made products (Pre Order Category)

    • Nose Jewelry & Helix, Cartilage piercings due to hygienic reasons. Read the wire thickness (gauge) and size details clearly before purchase. We don’t entertain any excuses once the product is delivered. 

    • Nosepins, Naths, Septums and bugadis being small and delicate items should be handled with extra care while using. We are not responsible for cases of breakages of nose jewelry or bugadi due to mishandling of wires even if it happens within few hours of delivery. Kindly understand and cooperate. Each item is examined and packed well in a sturdy gift box so that it reaches you safe and sound. We also keep a photo proof of your products with your parcel before we ship out which can be shared if any such cases occur. 

    CANCELLATIONS: 

    Cancellation requests will be accepted within 6 hours of placing the order. If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    Customer shall bear the Cancelation fee of 3.5% (Indian payments) and 8.5%(International payments) which is a non refundable fee charged by the payment gateway. 

    DAMAGES IN TRANSIT: 

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Each item is examined and packed with utmost care before shipment. Therefore chances of receiving a damaged product are very less.

    Any rare cases where damage has occurred during the shipment transit, we will be more than happy to offer you a refund or repair of the piece, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Get in touch with us with a 360 degree parcel opening video and photo proof at macsmumbai@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8655486206 within 1 hour of receiving the parcel; otherwise such cases won’t be entertained. Once the team approves your case, you may return your damaged item in the condition as received within 5 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping) or exchange of the piece. Please note that the return shipment rates will have to be borne by the customer.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 days after we receive the shipment in good condition.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.
