MACS Clothing : Refund/ Exhange Policies

If you have made a purchase at MACS, we assume that you have gone through and are aware of the refund/exchange policy stated below

All sales are final. As per the company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. No Return or exchanges are allowed except the cases of damages in transit. 

SIZE ISSUES: We accept size exchange only if there is stock available with us. Otherwise we cannot entertain such requests. Thus we request you to refer the size chart before placing the order.

If stock is available at our unit, they can be exchanged for a replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the mentioned below terms & conditions are fulfilled). 

Size exchange requests should be notified within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Once our team approves the request, please send the product back to us as we do not have a reverse pick-up facility. Kindly share the tracking details of the parcel as we will not be liable for any lost shipment. Furthermore, the request for size exchange will be catered to only once. Please make the decisions accordingly. All items sent that do not reach our warehouse will be treated as non-returned. Please note that the parcels are your responsibility until they are returned to our address 

  • Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for any return or exchange.
  • Exchange can be done within seven days for the date of delivery, given the request of exchange is received by us within 48 hours of the exchange.
  • Only products that are not used, unworn, not washed, not damaged and whose tags and labels are entirely intact, in the original packaging and are entitled to be exchanged.
  • Please ensure that you mention your name, address, contact details and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

*Below cases do not qualify as a design defect:
Minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen. Irregularities in zari, embroidery, block prints and so on are not considered as defects as variations may occur due to human involvement in process. 
All our designs are either hand-picked from the best manufacturers & weavers or designed in-house products using the best fabrics.
We cannot be held responsible for damage to garment, color bleed or shrinkage  to due to improper washing techniques. We advise only DRY CLEAN for our products. 
We do not process refunds for reasons below: 
  • Customers simply change their minds after buying the goods.
  • Color issues: Colour shown in the picture may vary from the actual image due to lighting and photography.
  • Size issues- All details are mentioned clearly under each product description. It is the duty of the client to read them before placing an order.
  • Color bleed or shrinkage of garment to due to improper washing techniques. We advise only DRY CLEAN for our products. 
  • International deliveries are not eligible for returns

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You should expect to receive your refund within 5-15 days after we receive the shipment in good condition. You can always contact us for any return question at
