How to check size?
Measure your waist size using a cloth string, thread or a chain and check size on a scale. Waist Chain you select should be at least two inches bigger than the measure of your waist. Eg: If waist size is 38 inches, you should go for 40 inches waist chain.
- All our jewelry is handcrafted in 925 hallmark silver or vintage silver.
- Each piece of our jewellery is individually stamped with the 925 hallmark guaranteeing that it is sterling silver with assured silver purity 90 to 92.5%. Authenticity certificate is available.
- If the product title says vintage, it is a vintage silver jewelry. Vintage jewelry with less silver purity i.e 70 to or 80 percent silver wont come with hallmark and are valued for their antiquity.
- Tribal jewelry has an oxidised finish and are not meant to be looking brand new. There may be slight variations due to human involvement in the process. These are part of their charm!
- Gold plating on silver will wear-off over time depending on factors like frequency of usage; exposure to moisture, humidity, chemicals; ph levels of skin of the wearer etc.
- It’s a natural process for silver to oxidise. It’s not pure gold.
- Please store your jewellery in zip lock bags or air tight plastic boxes.They can be re plated at any jeweller when polish wears off.
- In stock products will be dispatched in a maximum of 2-5 business days.
- No returns/ exchanges/ next day urgent deliveries
- Pre Orders placed for sold out products or custom made designs (Made on Order) will take 10-45 Business working days of additional manufacturing time (Time needed may vary for each product and will be mentioned in product description). The delivery can be done only after the product is manufactured and is ready to be dispatched.
- Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. The products will be shipped according to the product availability and its warehouse location.
- Any issue regarding delivered shipment should be reported within 1 hour of receiving the parcel. Parcel opening video is a must if you are claiming any problem in the package like damage or missing item. Without parcel opening video we will not take any action (Start to end non edited video)
- Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 6 hours of placing the order only as we generally ship within same day.
